Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. pecans (not chopped)
Preparation

Boil sugar and milk until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Add vanilla just before it reaches the hard ball stage. Stir in pecans and coat well. Spoon onto waxed paper or brown paper and separate.
