Pork In Orange-Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork loin
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. country style mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    2 c. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Cut pork in 1-inch cubes.
    Spray Pam in large skillet and brown pork 15 minutes.
    Add onion and garlic, stirring frequently until onions are slightly wilted.
