boneless chicken strips
butter, frozen
parsley
Preparation

Beat chicken out fairly thin.
Place parsley and a square of butter in the middle.
Wrap chicken around the parsley and butter and put a toothpick through the middle to hold it together.
Then wrap the chicken with foil.
Drop chicken in a kettle of hot grease for approximately 5 minutes.
