Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 medium tomato, seeded
    1/2 small green pepper
    3/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 oz. imitation crab, flaked
Preparation
    Chop onion fine; add garlic.
    Mix onion, garlic, cheese and milk until blended.
    Spread in shallow serving dish.
    Coarsely chop tomato and green pepper.
    Chop parsley finely.
    Mix parsley, lemon juice, salt and vegetables.
    Spoon on top of cheese mixture.
    Top with crab meat.
    Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Chill well.
    Serve with vegetables or crackers.
