Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans chicken broth
    1/4 c. julienne sliced onions
    1/4 c. julienne sliced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. broccoli or spinach, chopped
    2 eggs, well beaten
    chopped green onion tops (scallions, for garnish)
    soy sauce
    sesame oil
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Simmer vegetables 10 to 15 minutes. Add beaten eggs and stir until eggs are cooked and stringy. Garnish with chopped green onions and a few drops of soy sauce and sesame oil.
