Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    4 c. water
    5 slices bacon
    3 green onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice in water as directed on package.
    Let cool.
    Brown bacon in skillet until crisp.
    Beat eggs in bowl; scramble in small amount of bacon grease.
    Add bacon and eggs to rice.
    Mix well.
    Add chopped onion; mix well.
    Add soy sauce; mix well. Cook in nonstick pan for about 15 minutes.
    You may use any leftovers: pork, ham or beef.
