Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce (mild)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (mild)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 doz. corn tortillas, quartered
4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute ground beef with onion.
Add garlic salt and the next five ingredients.
Mix well.
In a 3-quart loaf pan or a 9 x 13-inch pan, alternate layers of tortillas and meat mixture, ending with meat mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove cover and add cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
