Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    green chilies (optional)
    chopped onions (optional)
Preparation
    Put cubed bread in pan sprayed with Pam.
    Next, add cooked and drained sausage.
    Mix cheese, eggs, milk, mustard and soup together; pour over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
