Chicken With Curry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets (boneless)
    kosher salt
    black pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. unsalted butter
    2 shallots
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 Granny Smith apple
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. apple cider
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cover chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper. Saute in olive oil until browned.
    Put in a 350\u00b0 oven until chicken is cooked through.
    Mix remaining ingredients except curry powder.
    Chop apples to 1/4-inch pieces.
    Cook sauce until thickened; add curry powder and continue cooking.
    When chicken is done, top with sauce.
    Serve.
