Cole Slaw(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cabbage, grated or shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar together. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots and onions. Add mayonnaise mixture to the vegetable mixture. Chill and serve.
