Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 jar pimentos
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat oil, vinegar and sugar.
Pour over kraut mixture and let set overnight before serving.
Refrigerate.
