Sirloin Steak And Gravy(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut about 1-inch thick
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can (6 oz.) cocktail vegetable juice
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces and put in an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
    Arrange onion and lemon slices over meat. Cream butter and prepared mustard; blend in chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and vegetable juice. Pour mixture over onion and lemon.
