"Baby Doe'S" Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 qt. milk
1/2 qt. homemade chicken stock
1/2 oz. monosodium glutamate
1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cornstarch
12 oz. beer
1 c. fresh, grated Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring milk to simmering point.
Add chicken stock, Cheddar cheese and other ingredients, except cornstarch and beer.
Simmer until cheese is melted.
Make thin cornstarch paste by adding water to cornstarch and use to thicken the soup.
