Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 small can kidney beans, drained
    3/8 c. water
    3/8 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 to 2 rounded tsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook and drain mixed vegetables. Add celery, onion and kidney beans. Cook the remaining ingredients until thickened. Cool and mix with the vegetables.
