No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 heaping c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt as for any crust.
    Beat egg. Add water and vinegar and add to flour mixture.
    Roll out at room temperature.
    Makes 3 to 4 crusts.
