Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (28 oz.) cans ready cut, peeled tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    10 fresh basil leaves
    pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    In a deep 10-inch frying pan, heat olive oil and saute garlic. Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Put on medium heat 20 to 30 minutes, occasionally stirring.
    Tear basil leaves and sprinkle on top.
    This is a light sauce and goes great not only with pasta but with seafood and chicken.
