Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can apricots, cut up
1 large can pineapple chunks
2 pkg. orange jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. fruit juice
1 c. small marshmallows
2 c. fruit juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. butter
2 pkg. Dream Whip topping mix
Preparation

Drain apricots and pineapple chunks.
Save juice. Dissolve jello in hot water and set aside juice.
Add fruit and marshmallows when jello begins to thicken.
Pour into rectangular dish and cover with topping.
