Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 sq. chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate (or cocoa) in large double boiler; add sugar and beat well; add flour, beat.
    Add nuts and vanilla. Last, add eggs and beat vigorously.
    Pour in greased pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes in moderate oven.
    (This recipe is better doubled but cook longer when doubling.)
