Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

carrots
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Mix next 4 ingredients and add orange juice.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Boil 1 minute.
Add butter.
Coat carrots with the sauce.
