Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced (could use 4 cans sliced new potatoes)
approximately 10 oz. American cheese
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes (season), then diced cheese. Repeat until full. Pour canned milk gently over mixture. Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 (until cheese and milk have created a cheese sauce).
