Chocolate Coconut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
pinch of salt
5 1/2 Tbsp. or 1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. flaked coconut or 1 can
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and cocoa.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in vanilla, margarine, milk and coconut.
Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
