Spicy Ham Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. apple or currant jelly
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
    Cook over moderate heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Good with baked ham, smoked pork cuts and ducks.
