Yam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 oz. can yams, drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mash the yams until smooth.
Season with nutmeg, cinnamon, pecans or walnuts, brown sugar and crushed pineapple.
Blend together and put in casserole dish; bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
I like to sprinkle shredded coconut over the mixture before baking.
