Pasta And Vegetables(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. squash
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. pasta
    1 c. low-sodium bouillon
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute first 6 ingredients in vegetable oil until tender.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with pasta and sprinkle cheese on top.
