Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together sugar and oil.
    Mix in eggs and zucchini.
    Add salt, flour, soda, spices and vanilla.
    Mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or until bread tests done. Will make 5 small foil pans.
