Perfect Pie Crust(2 Crust Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. ice water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut Crisco into flour and salt until like corn meal or moist to the touch.
    Sprinkle with ice water and pat together.
    For best results, use a pastry cloth and a sleeve over your rolling pin.
