Vegetable Tray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
    1 lb. bag carrots, cut into strips
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    3 cucumbers, sliced
    1 carton small tomatoes
Preparation
    Wash all vegetables.
    Cut up and store in Ziploc bags.
    May be made the day before, if necessary.
    Serves 40 people.
