Creamy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cauliflower
    2 c. cooked ham, cubed
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese cubes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender; drain.
    Combine ham and mushrooms.
    In saucepan on low heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter; add flour, then milk.
    Stir until thick and add cheese and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts.
    Combine with cauliflower and ham mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Combine crumbs and remaining butter and sprinkle over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
