Hummus-Bi-Tahini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1/4 c. tahini
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until fine.
    Serve with wedges of pita bread and finely sliced red onion.
    Garnish with black olives, parsley or fresh ground black pepper if desired.
