Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 gal. peeled and quartered tomatoes
    2 pods hot pepper
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    3 large onions
    2 large bell peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. pickling spice
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (tie spices in cloth); cook over low heat for about 4 hours.
    Stir often to prevent scorching.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
