Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1/2 diced green pepper
    1 (40 oz.) can mild chili beans in chili sauce
    1 qt. canned tomatoes with liquid, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (scant)
    1 Tbsp. cumin powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
    Can also be simmered on stove top for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
