Caramel Covered Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Dip pecan halves into egg mixture, making sure each is covered well.
    Place on a greased pan.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Do not open oven door.
    Turn oven off and leave in oven 30 more minutes.
    Do not open oven door until time has lapsed.
