Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Coat chicken in flour and salt.
Brown chicken on all sides in hot oil.
Transfer meat to cooker.
Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cook on high heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Thicken liquid.
Serve chicken and gravy over hot rice.
