Nut Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    14 soda crackers, finely crushed
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    fresh peaches or other fruit
Preparation
    Mix and beat first 5 ingredients until egg whites look dry; place in a large pie dish, rounding sides up.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until dry and light brown.
    Add fresh peaches or any other fruit desired sliced, sweetened and drained.
    Cover with whipping cream or Cool Whip.
    Let set a few hours in refrigerator or can be refrigerated overnight.
