(Georgia) Peach Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can peaches, drained and mashed (save 1 c. juice)
1 large box peach gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large carton whipped topping
Preparation

Heat peach juice to boiling; add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Place gelatin and softened cream cheese in blender container. Blend until smooth; add mashed peaches.
Refrigerate until cool and thick.
Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate in 8 x 12-inch dish until set.
Serves 6.
