Apple Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. thin sliced breast parts
    2 medium apples
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. light margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/4 c. apple cider
    2 Tbsp. currants, soaked in 1 Tbsp. sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle breasts lightly with thyme, Mrs. Dash and pepper. Peel, core and dice apples.
    In large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Add apples and onion and saute until soft, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in bread crumbs and moisten with 3 tablespoons cider.
    Add currants and sherry. Remove from pan and cool.
