Easy Healthy Microwave Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up (with or without skin)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 can whole tomatoes with juice
    salt and pepper
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Place chicken in casserole dish.
    Cover with vegetables. Cover with Saran Wrap.
    Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and microwave for another 15 minutes.
    Serve with juice, over cooked rice.
