Jalapeno And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack in finger lengths
    1 (4 oz.) can coarsely chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix peppers and sour cream.
    Butter large casserole pan.
    Pour in 1/3 rice, 1/2 cheese, then peppers/sour cream; continue, ending with rice.
