No Crust Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 3/4 c. light cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. salsa
jalapeno pepper slices (if desired)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine cheeses and distribute in a buttered deep dish pie plate.
Beat eggs with flour, mustard and cream until thick and well blended.
Stir in chilies.
Pour over cheeses.
Bake about 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Drizzle salsa over the top and top with jalapeno slices, if desired.
Cut into wedges after letting sit 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
