Stir-Fry Beef Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat, sliced into thin slices
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    carrots
    bell pepper
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 bottle stir-fry sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet.
    Slice the vegetables into pieces.
    (Add the amount of vegetables you need according to the amount you're serving.)
    Add the remaining ingredients to the meat.
    Simmer over medium heat until tender.
    Serve over rice if you desire.
