Chalupa Delicious - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork loin roast or shoulder
1 lb. pinto beans
2 tsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 can green chili peppers
3 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large 6 qt. pot and cover with water.
Cook on high until boiling.
Reduce heat and cook 6 hours. Remove bones and fat and tear meat.
Cook 2 hours longer.
Serve with corn chips, grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped onions, diced tomatoes and drizzle taco sauce on top.
