Overnight Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white or brown rice
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    2 bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rice.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain.
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water.
    Stir in rice, almonds, mushrooms, meat and soup.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Remove cover last 30 minutes.
