Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    6 c. strawberries
    sugar to taste (on berries)
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well.
    Add shortening; cut into pea size balls.
    Add buttermilk; mix well.
    Divide into 4 or 5 balls and roll out about 1/4 inch.
    Then turn dough over a pie plate. Cook at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
