Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen chopped onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    3 to 4 c. frozen Ore-Ida southern-style hash browns
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 1-quart casserole dish.
    In 1-quart saucepan, over medium heat, cook frozen onion until tender.
    Stir in undiluted soup and cream cheese cubes; cook stirring constantly, until smooth and hot.
    In casserole dish, alternate a layer of frozen potatoes, then sauce ending with layer of sauce.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
