Salmon Steaks With Mushroom Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Salmon steaks (3/4 inch or equal size)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle salmon steaks with 1/4 tsp. salt.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute onion in the butter until tender.
    Combine onion with the crumbs, mushrooms, parsley, lemon juice (1/4 tsp.), salt and dash pepper.
