Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 bell pepper
1 c. cream-style or whole kernel corn
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except Cheddar cheese.
Put in a greased 10-inch black skillet and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
