1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. gluten (optional)
Preparation

Follow the directions for your bread machine.
This makes a good toast for breakfast.
It does not hold up well for sandwiches.
