Spanish Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 qt. olive oil
    salt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
    Fry the potatoes in very hot oil until they are medium golden and soft.
    Drain the potatoes.
    Beat the eggs with some salt.
    Add the potatoes and mix.
