Pecan Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
5 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 c. general purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. pecans, cut fine
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream
butter
and
add sugar while beating constantly. Add all
remaining
ingredients and blend carefully.
Roll in pencil like
sticks
4-inches
long
or shape into crescents. Bake on cookie
sheet
in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
