Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 24 (2-inch) squares.
    I melt oleo in baking pan and saute chopped onion in it before adding to mixture, retaining 1/3 oleo in pan. Heat oleo before pouring into mixture.
    Spread excess oleo over bread.
